3 Affirmations To Start Your Day

I love affirmations.  I read one to myself every morning, have them all over my office, and even offer them to my patients to take one with them.  

Affirmations are phrases or statements that can motivate or inspire you and help create a positive mindset or outlook to shape your future. 

These simple statements can ignite feelings of happiness, motivation, and optimism which is a lovely way to start your day.

There are many ways to find daily affirmations- on your phone or laptop, books, or my personal favorite- affirmation cards.

Try reading one at the start of your day and see how you feel.  Happiness is a journey and it starts with taking the first step.
